How Returns Work
Store Error (Wrong or Damaged Item)
If we sent the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, we'll cover everything — no return shipping required in most cases. To get started, email us with a photo of your full order, a photo of the damaged or incorrect item, and a brief description of the issue. We'll respond within 3 business days and resolve it quickly.
Change of Mind or Fit Issues
Not loving the style or fit? No problem. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order. Items should be unused and in original condition where possible. We understand press-ons may need to be tried for fit — contact us and we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for preference-based returns. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
Note: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different style, return your item for store credit and place a new order.
How to Start a Return
